You’ll need:

  • 24 ounces of white chocolate chips
  • 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract
  • 1 cup of crushed candy canes or peppermint candy

Line a 9-inch pan with nonstick foil. Put it off to the side and take out a medium bowl. Add the salt, sweetened condensed milk, and white chocolate chips to the bowl and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Take it out and stir it. Continue this until the chocolate is melted. Then, add the peppermint extract and stir the ingredients. Take ¾ cup of the peppermint candy or candy canes and add it to the mixture. Stir it as well.

Put the mixture in the pan and spread it so it’s even. Throw the rest of the peppermint candy or candy canes on top and place the pan in the refrigerator. It will be ready to eat in two hours.

Almond Joy Cookies

  • 14-ounce bag of sweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cups of lightly salted almonds, chopped
  • 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk

Turn your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, take out a large baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Put it off to the side and take out a large bowl. Throw in your coconut, almonds, chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir the mixture and then use a cookie scoop to place scoops on the baking sheet. Shape the scoops into discs and pat the top of each disc so it’s flat. Put the baking sheet in the oven for 12-14 minutes. Once the cookies cool, they’ll be ready to eat.

Peppermint Eggnog Shake

  • 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup of eggnog
