Humans and dogs alike are guaranteed to enjoy this festival, so get the scoop before you attend.

When and Where?

This event is taking place close to the Lebanon area, so if you have a reliable ride, you should be able to get there without a problem. The Nashville Dog Day Festival will be held at Centennial Park, which can be found on West End Avenue. The festivities will be happening on Sept. 15, and doors open at 10 a.m. Stay all the way until 4 p.m. for a whole day filled with dogs and a whole lot of fun.

Tickets

You may be wondering if you have to pay to get into this event. Well, you do, but it’s for a great cause. See, the Nashville Dog Day Festival is being put on by the Nashville Humane Association, which works hard in the community every day to ensure that dogs and cats get into loving and caring homes. However, it can’t do it without you. This event is a fundraiser for the organization, and it depends on your donations to fund their everyday programming. Therefore, the organization asks that you make a $5 donation either online or at the door. That will help them meet its financial goals, so it can continue to help the animals in the area. Kids ages 10 and younger get in for free, so don’t worry about buying them a ticket.
